Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Rivok Labs website and the professional services we provide. Each client engagement is also governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these general terms in the event of any conflict.
About Rivok Labs
Rivok Labs is a professional services business operated by Ronen Weiss, PhD, based in Israel. We provide services including AI & ML consulting, workflow automation, web development, and mentoring.

Use of this website
You may access and use rivoklabs.com for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
- Transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content via any contact channel on this site
- Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit site content without our written permission
Professional services
Services provided by Rivok Labs are governed by a written engagement agreement signed prior to the commencement of work. That agreement will specify scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, and ownership of work product.
Until a written agreement is in place, no consulting, development, or advisory work is considered contracted or committed.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, design, code, graphics, and the Rivok Labs brand identity — is the property of Rivok Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Ownership of deliverables produced for clients is determined by the terms of the individual engagement agreement. In the absence of such an agreement, all work product remains the property of Rivok Labs until payment is received in full.
Disclaimer of warranties
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Rivok Labs makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the information on this site.
Results described or implied on this site are illustrative. Individual outcomes from our services will vary based on your specific circumstances, team, and context.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rivok Labs and Ronen Weiss (individually and collectively, "Rivok Labs") shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise, even if Rivok Labs has been advised of the possibility of such damages:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
- Loss of business, contracts, or commercial opportunities
- Loss or corruption of data or information
- Business interruption or loss of goodwill
- Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind
- Losses arising from third-party claims brought against you
Liability cap. Subject to the exclusions above, Rivok Labs's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these terms, this website, or any services provided shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees paid by you to Rivok Labs in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) EUR 100 (one hundred euros), whichever is higher.
Professional services. Where Rivok Labs has entered into a separate written engagement agreement with you, the liability provisions of that agreement shall govern in respect of the services covered by it. These general terms apply to any matters not addressed by the engagement agreement, and to all use of this website.
Exceptions. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Basis of the bargain. You acknowledge that Rivok Labs has set its fees and entered into these terms in reliance on the limitations of liability set out here, and that these limitations form an essential basis of the agreement between us.

This site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site, and a link does not constitute an endorsement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
