Privacy Policy
Plain-language summary: this site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our pages. The AI Readiness Assessment optionally lets you email your results to yourself. We only receive your email address if you explicitly opt in to a follow-up.

Rivok Labs is a professional services business operated by Ronen Weiss, PhD, based in Israel. We provide AI & ML consulting, automation, web development, and mentoring services.

What data we collect
This website does not use a contact form that submits data to a server. The "Start a conversation" button opens your email client via a mailto: link. If you choose to send us an email:
- Your email address and the contents of your message are stored in our email inbox.
- We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry.
- We do not share it with third parties, sell it, or use it for marketing without your consent.
We do not currently use analytics software, advertising pixels, or any tracking technology on this website.
AI Readiness Assessment
Our AI Readiness Assessment tool processes your responses entirely in your browser. Your answers and scores are not stored on our servers.
- Email results (optional): If you choose to email your results, your email address and assessment scores are sent to our email delivery service (Resend) solely to deliver that one email. We do not store this data beyond the transactional email.
- Follow-up opt-in (optional): If you check the follow-up box, Rivok Labs receives a copy of your results and email address for the purpose of providing personalized recommendations. This is entirely voluntary and requires your explicit consent.
- No data without consent: If you do not enter your email or check the follow-up box, no personal data leaves your browser.
You can request deletion of any data by emailing contact@rivoklabs.com.
Third-party services loaded on this page
To render this website correctly, your browser makes requests to the following third-party services:
- Google Fonts — font files are loaded from Google's CDN. Google may log your IP address and browser information. See Google's privacy policy.
- Unsplash — project card images are loaded from Unsplash's CDN. See Unsplash's privacy policy.
- Resend — if you choose to email your assessment results, Resend delivers the email on our behalf. See Resend's privacy policy.
- Google Analytics (GA4) — we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site. GA4 collects anonymized usage data including pages visited, time on site, device type, and general geographic region. Google may set cookies to distinguish unique users and sessions. See Google's privacy policy and opt out of Google Analytics.
Cookies
Google Analytics may set cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) to distinguish unique users and track sessions. These cookies are set by Google, not by Rivok Labs directly. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. No other cookies are set by this website.
Your rights
If you are located in the EU (GDPR) or California (CCPA), you have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, and request deletion of any information we hold about you.
To exercise these rights, email us at contact@rivoklabs.com. We will respond within 30 days.
This site is also subject to Israel's Privacy Protection Law (5741-1981) and related regulations.
Data retention
Emails you send us are retained in our inbox for as long as necessary to manage our business relationship. You may request deletion at any time.

We may update this policy as our services evolve. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. For significant changes we will update that date prominently.
